Warranty Policy

Coverage Period

Australia: All products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). 

International: All products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection laws, in which case the longer statutory period applies.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Electrical component failures
  • Structural defects in enclosures and parts

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage from accidents, drops, or improper handling
  • Modifications, alterations, or third-party repairs
  • Consumable items (such as straps, clips, or cables) subject to normal wear and tear 
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality

Our Commitment

If a covered fault occurs during the warranty period, we will:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product (or faulty component), or
  • Offer store credit or a partial refund at our discretion

Low-Cost Replacement Parts

We understand that accidents happen. For out-of-warranty products, we offer replacement parts at a significantly reduced price compared to retail. This helps keep your product running without requiring a full replacement.

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim, you must:

  • Contact us via our support email with proof of purchase.
  • Provide a description of the fault and, if possible, photographs or videos.
  • Return the faulty product or part (if required) to our workshop for assessment.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • Australia: We cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.
  • International: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to us; we cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this warranty policy limits your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law or applicable local consumer laws. Where these laws provide additional protection, that protection will apply.
